No complaints, the hotel met the demands. Stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our choice. The location was magnificent and unbeatable, short walk to many shops and places. A cool bonus was Portage Bakery, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee. We got a room with a bath. The rate was $ 187.

Comfy accommodation with magnificent setting not far from places to eat and Clifton Hill and Horseshoe Falls.

The staff was accommodating and welcoming, took good care of everyone. The setting was great and stunning, right by the casino and Niagara Falls activities.

The room was spacious and spotless and what's more - included a shower and a hair dryer. The breakfast was great with "no name " products, so much to pick from.

It was new-fashioned, wonderful and with 2 double beds.

Its location was central, close to a dinner theater. The staff and the owner were all very, very nice and welcoming.

Some people working there were very rude.

Fancy rooms complete with tubs, the bathroom plus 1 queen bed, very very nice and welcoming staff. Our hotel is set in a central location close to clifton hill and downtown and Canada. Again, it's not far from a 158m concrete spire.

I stayed at this hotel for a few nights during a visit to the area. The staff at Sunset Inn were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The location was convenient and within walking distance to everything. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cozy pillows and great air conditioning. The hotel had a cute pool and offered fresh coffee and toast with jelly in the morning. it exceeded my expectations and provided great value for the price.

Had a such great stay for value paid, everything was great. We were in a magnificent and best possible location within walking distance of Fallsview Casino. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, so close to clifton hill and downtown, the falls, and clubs.

Loved our 1 night here. The rooms were neat with 2 double beds, the staff were knowledgeable. The location was marvellous, close to everything, convenient to go everywhere. Our stay was a relaxing experience.

Second year staying here. Great location within walking distance of Falls and attractions. Clean, comfortable, and reasonably-priced rooms. All amenities in good working order, including wifi. The swimming pool, though a bit cold, was still pleasant. Friendly staff, especially Mr. Shaikh who is kind and welcoming. Felt safe as a solo traveler. Will definitely return.
